Bill Cosby wished himself a happy 82nd birthday on Friday… by sending a Tweet… from prison… that prominently cites a bible verse.
For the record, of course, Cosby is behind bars for sexual assault after he was convicted of drugging and raping a woman in 2004.
Prior to this conviction, Cosby had been accused of drugging and raping dozens of other women as well.
He may be the world’s worst human, but he (or someone in his camp) still has access to social media for whatever reason.
This is what led to Cosby sending a Father’s Day message in June and now doing the same on the occasion of his own birthday.
“I would like to thank all of my friends, supporters and family members for wishing me a Happy 82nd Birthday,” the post opens.
It goes on to allege that Cosby’s fellow inmates at SCI Phoenix, a maximum-security lockup in Pennsylvania, have asked him: “Mr. Cosby – is there anything special you would like for your birthday?”
This seems impossible to believe, but whatever, we suppose.
Continued the disgraced sitcom star:
“I politely replied that the greatest present for me is:
"1 Corinthians 13:11 — When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.”
The message, which included a photo of the fallen funny man, concluded with the following:
“To all men… it’s a time to be Great Fathers, Great American Citizens & Great Husbands. Man Up & Become Men of Valor.”
Yes, Bill Cosby just advised men to focus on "valor," while, it simply must be said again, he rots in jail for rape.
The comedian included these hashtags with his celebratory post as well:
Last year, Cosby was sentenced to 3 to 10 years behind bars after being convicted of drugging and sexually assaulting former Temple University employee Andrea Constand.
Ahead of his sentencing, wife Camille issued a statement that chiding the justice system for what she saw as an unfair conviction, doubling down on her husband’s innocence claims.
"The overall media, with their frenzied, relentless demonization of him and unquestioning acceptance of accusers’ allegations without any attendant proof, have superseded the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, which guarantee due process and equal protection, and thereby eliminated the possibility of a fair trial and unbiased jury," she actually said, adding at the time:
"Bill Cosby was labelled as guilty because the media and accusers said so."
It also helped that Cosby was totally and absolutely guilty of these heinous crimes.
As cited above, Cosby’s social media pages sent out a bizarre Father’s Day message last month about making the holiday “a renewed oath to fulfilling our purpose – strengthening our families and communities."
The pathetic celebrity did this will allegedly staring at photos of Meghan Markle and Kris Jenner.
"This is mob justice, not real justice," Camille added last year. "This tragedy must be undone not just for Bill Cosby, but for the country…
"Once again, an innocent person has been found guilty based on an unthinking, unquestioning, unconstitutional frenzy propagated by the media and allowed to play out in a supposed court of law."
Cosby is a vile human, you guys.
