Ridley Scott's pet Lulu

Lulu (Dog)

Breed: Border Terrier

Ridley Scott had a small Border Terrier named Lulu, who he considered his girlfriend. Scott dedicated his movie Napoleon (starring Joaquin Phoenix) to Lulu with a message during the end credits. Considering the dedication, it’s assumed Lulu must have passed away sometime during production. Scott’s production company, RSA Films, is regarded as one of the most dog-friendly offices in Hollywood.

Josephine (Dog)

Ridley Scott currently has one dog named Josephine. He most likely got his new pup while working on Napoleon, as it was also the name of Napoleon’s first wife.

I have a new dog named Josephine. She’s a sweetheart. …dogs are a very good psychology. It keep me calm, feet on the ground. When I’m getting angry I just look at the dog and “Don’t.” They know way more than we… They’re much smarter than we think.
